How do I book a ride?
Open the app, enter your destination, choose your ride type, and confirm your booking. You'll be matched with a nearby driver instantly.
Can I schedule rides in advance?
Yes! You can schedule rides up to 7 days in advance. Just select the schedule option when booking your ride.
What if I left something in the car?
Use the app to contact your driver directly or reach out to our support team. We'll help you retrieve your lost items.
For Drivers
How much can I earn?
Drivers keep 80% of the fare. Your earnings depend on how much you drive, peak hours, and surge pricing. Most full-time drivers earn competitive incomes.
What are the vehicle requirements?
Vehicles must be 2015 or newer, have 4 doors, pass our inspection, and have valid registration and insurance.
How do I get paid?
Earnings are deposited weekly directly to your bank account. You can also cash out instantly for a small fee.
